Is there a time of day you “should” propose? A lot of proposals happen later in the day or evening. Really, it’s completely up to you. Some things to consider with it is lighting, or lack of light at night. Also the time spent in the day before and after. This could be a benefit or downfall to consider. Both can work for you, it all depends what you want. A long day leading into it, or a longer celebration afterward. Use it to your benefit and find what works for your situation.
